Susan Arnout Smith is the author of The Timer Game. It will be published in the United States, Italy, Germany, Taiwan, England, Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Australia and New Zealand. She has written television movies that have aired in the United States and other countries, and has been an essayist for National Public Radio, Weekend Edition-Sunday, a playwright and a recreation director on the trans-Alaska pipeline. Winner of the Stanley Drama Award, she has two children in college and lives with her husband in southern California.
